1. Order Inspection & Issues: Please check your order upon arrival. If you encounter any issues such as defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us right away. For a faster resolution, email us at hello@2onthemoon.com with a photo of the issue.
2. Claims for Damaged or Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we can no longer offer replacements for damaged or defective items.
3. Returns & Exchanges: If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are damaged upon arrival to you.
4. Exchange Policy: You can request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
5. Shipping Costs: Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
6. Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account. Requests made after 7 days will receive in-store credit. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of delivery.
