Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
We offer returns, exchanges and refunds on eligible item. Final sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
You have 14 days from the moment your item shows as "delivered" to contact your seller and start a return, refund or exchange. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered to you before processing the return/refund/exchange. Please read the entire product description when purchasing to make sure you get what you want and have a happy shopping experience.
Other items that are not eligible for returns and exchanges are:
*Earrings for hygienic reasons.
*Personalized items. Refunds can be applied if the seller ships incorrect personalization from what the shopper submitted.
*All final sales AND clearance items are FINAL and we can not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
HOW TO CONTACT YOUR SELLER:
You can go to our site, and on the menu bar click on "Our Sellers", and find your seller. Once you find your seller, click on the button that says "contact". If you don't hear from them within 2 business days, please email us at support@roxiespicks.com.
